Return Policy / FAQ

Returns: Online orders have to be returned within 72 hours of receiving your items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and the original tags on the merchandise. Items may be returned for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY!  We do not take back accessories, jewelry, purses, candy or food related items, custom orders, and any sale items. 

We are NOT responsible for your package once it has been shipped and dropped off with the mail carrier. Please reach out to your local mail carrier once your package has been shipped. If a package is returned back, you will be responsible for the shipping of the package back out. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local mail carrier for any issues. 

Please email urbancreekboutiquehelp@gmail.com with any questions and for a shipping address to have your item sent back as I work out of my home office.

In store credits will be issued within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. 

Please make sure all invoices are with your package. 

We will respond during business hours Monday-Friday. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond. Please do not personally message owner as messages get lost sometimes. 

Inventory FAQ: All items will be made to order unless it states in the description Ready to ship (RTS). Please allow 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday) for the current turn around time for your orders. I am a one woman show! We do not cancel orders, by purchasing an item you are committing to that purchase. If you decide you no longer want that item, you can return for in store credit. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Custom orders are FINAL SALE. 

Shipping: Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95, free ship over $100.
